PSL 5 Qualifier Match Scorecard
Multan Sultan performed well throughout the tournament, losing only two games in the group stage and finishing at the top of the points table. In the Qualifier game against KK, they choked and scored 141 runs in 20 overs.
Here is the twist where Sultan’s defended the total beautifully and managed to tie the game. Sohail Tanvir bowled a stunning spell and got three wickets by giving only 25 runs in four Overs. Babar Azam batted really well and played an inning of 65 runs.
The result of the match was decided on Super Over (Karachi won by one run).
Karachi scored 13 runs in the super over with the help of six and four hits by Rutherford on the 4th and 5th balls to Tanvir. Muhammad Amir defended this without conceding any boundary in Super Over.

PSL 5 Final Match Scorecard
Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars first time reached the final of PSL 5. In previous seasons, Karachi was ending its journey in knock-out Stages, and Lahore mostly ended at the end of the points table in the group stage.
The city of light Karachi won this season for the first time, and Qalandars have to wait for the next season. In PSL 5 final, Lahore set a total of 134 runs on board, and KK chased it in the 19th over with the help of a special inning by Babar.
